Jennifer R. DeChillo
Senior Planner and Project Manager
Responsible for management and implementation of special purpose district and zone projects. Also maintains relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and key private-sector participants. Ms. DeChillo's experience includes two assignments with Harris County Improvement District #1 as an intern, and two years as the Project Director with the West Houston Association where her duties included assisting in the formation and maintenance of Harris County Improvement District #4 (Energy Corridor). Ms. DeChillo holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
Michael E. Ledbetter
Director of Services, Aldine Improvement District
Responsibilities include project administration, community outreach, and intergovernmental relations on behalf of the Aldine Improvement District board of directors. Mr. Ledbetter previously served a senior district executive with the Boy Scouts of America Sam Houston Area Council where he was in charge of after-school programs, day camps, and business relations for the Aldine, Kingwood, and Humble districts. Mr. Ledbetter holds a bachelor of science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston Downtown and is pursuing a master's degree in Occupational Education from the University of Houston.
James C. Myers
Director of Community Services, Brays Oaks Management District
Responsible for community interface, project management, and intergovernmental relations for the Brays Oaks Management District in Southwest Houston. Mr. Myers is a former president of the nonprofit group Southwest Houston 2000 Inc., and has more than 35 years of experience as an Accredited Public Relations (APR) practitioner and Certified Business Communicator (CBC). He retired as a Navy Captain-Public Affairs officer after 33 years of service and now serves on the City of Houston Building & Standards Commission and Congressman Al Green’s (TX-9) Military Academy Applicant Selection Board. He holds a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
