Westchase District – General Manager of the Westchase District, a 4.2 square mile municipal
management district established in 1995 in West Houston.

Vice Chair of the Urban Affairs committee and member of the Transportation, and the Rules
and Resolutions committees. Elected Freshman Class President by his fellow freshmen, among
only seven Freshmen to serve as Vice-Chair of a committee.
